Online Giving

We believe that the responsibility of financial support of a church falls to it's members.  We believe that God has given generously to us, so when we are redeemed, we are then compelled by the gospel to give generously to the Lord.  This giving encompasses many areas of life, including our finances.

In accordance with Scripture, we encourage our members to give a tithe (or tenth) of their income to the local church. (Gen. 28:22, Lev. 27:30-32, Num. 18:21-28, Deut. 12:5-19, 14:22-29, 26:1-19)  While Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law and we, as new testament believers are not bound by the traditional mosaic law, we believe that the principles do carry over to us today.  As such we should give of all we have, including our finances, generously and cheerfully. (2 Cor. 8:1 - 9:15, Acts 4:32-37)  We do not look to the 'tithe' as a goal, but merely as a starting point for generous giving.  Generous, cheerful giving beyond the tithe are offerings.  The New Testament is filled with examples and teachings where Christ wants us to give up our selves to seek after His kingdom.  We encourage you to open your heart and use your finances as another way to give yourself to the gospel and His service.

Giving can be made by Credit/Debit card or by bank account.  You can make a one time donation or set up recurring donations, if you like. You can also view your entire donation history and print records for tax purposes.

We understand that many people prefer to use a credit card for purchase protections, airline miles, and such.  With that in mind, we do not restrict donations via credit cards. However, we do strongly request that donations via credit card only be made if you are able to pay off your balance in full each month.  We do not encourage anyone to go into debt especially for purposes of giving to the local church. (Prov. 22:7, Psalm 37:21, Deut. 15:6, 28:12)
