The Crossing Kidz Mission
Our mission is to glorify God by reaching the world, gathering with believers, and growing in the word. We aim to teach kids about Bible teaching for kids, encouraging them to grow in the word and apply it to their lives. Our goal is to inspire them to become world changers who love and serve Jesus, each other, and others through service.
We are committed to being true to Scripture and partnering with parents as they strive to live out the Gospel in their daily lives. We recognize parents as the primary disciple-makers for their kids and want to support them in the discipleship process.
Our children’s ministry is thoughtfully designed to bring the Bible alive through engaging children’s ministry activities such as skits, games, stories, and other interactive experiences. We believe these activities are essential for capturing their attention and connecting with them on their level. Kids will participate in both large and small group settings while parents attend or serve during our gatherings. We are passionate about teaching kids how much God loves them, ensuring they understand the Bible and learn to apply God’s word in their everyday lives.
Children possess complex minds that can comprehend only so much. By presenting teachings at their level, we enhance their understanding of what they are learning. Our dedicated team of volunteers serves Jesus by supporting you and your children. Our ultimate goal is to help parents raise children who love Jesus and to build world changers for Him.

The Crossing Children's Ministry
Your infant and/or toddler will feel God’s love through the love of His people when they enter the nursery door. They will experience a safe and secure environment with dedicated caregivers while engaging in children's ministry activities. Be assured that if your infant/toddler has a specific need, you can let our nursery workers know, and they will be well taken care of, allowing you to fully participate in our adult service or life group, as well as our Bible teaching for kids and children's programs.
Sprouts (2 years to Kindergarten)
Children in our Sprouts class will meet in a safe and secure environment, engaging in Bible teaching for kids where teachers share how much Jesus loves them through stories, songs, crafts, and playtime. They will also experience the love of Jesus through His people who serve in our children's ministry activities and programs.
Kidz (Kindergarten to 6th Grade)
Children's ministry activities are a wonderful opportunity for your child to start building a strong foundation of learning and developing a relationship with Jesus.
Children’s Pastors Eric & Janie McPeake bring over 20 years of experience in children’s ministry. Their passion is to partner with parents by providing essential tools for Bible teaching for kids, helping them lead their children into a growing relationship with Jesus through engaging children's programs.
